Exchange item condition

There are 2 cases to exchange your purchased items

1. Deliver incorrect items (incorrect design or size)

1.1 Customer must inform us within 7 days by the day customer received their order. We will not proceed with the exchange on every order received by the customer over 7 days.
1.2 Customer must have a copy of receipts.
1.3 Customer must return an incorrect item within 7 days.
1.4 After we received an incorrect items, we will check the items which has to be in a good condition within 7 days and proceed with the exchange process. We will notify when the new item is ready to be delivered.
1.5 The item has to be unused.
1.6 The item has to be returned with the original package.
1.7 Cost of the delivery for returning your purchased items, we will transform into a credit for the next order. Customer has to inform us to redeem the credit.
1.8 Cost of the delivery of new items will be no charged.

2. Customer ordered items with incorrect size.

2.1 Customer must inform us within 7 days by the day customer received their order. We will not proceed with the exchange on every order received by the customer over 7 days.
2.2 Customer can only exchange with the correct size, cannot exchange with the new design.
2.3 Customer must have a copy of receipts.
2.4 After we received an incorrect items, we will check the items which has to be in a good condition within 7 days and proceed with the exchange process. We will notify when the new item is ready to be delivered.
2.5 The item has to be unused.
2.6 The item has to be returned with the original package.
2.7 Cost of the delivery for returning your purchased items will be a customer responsibility.
2.8 Cost of the delivery a new item will be a customer responsibility.

Remarks

  1. items with a promotion or in a sales section cannot be exchanged.
  2. Exchange the items, can be proceeded with the exchange condition written above. Every purchased items can not be returned or refunded.
  3. We will send the customer a tracking number for the delivery and to be consider it as the item has been shipped.
